Is the consultation actually free?

Yes. The 15–30 minute video consultation is free and there's no obligation to proceed. You'll come away with a clear understanding of what's possible and an honest price range, even if you decide to look elsewhere.

I've already had a quote from a Turkey clinic. Can you match it?

We won't match a Turkey price line-for-line, and we'd be straight with you about why. What we can do is build a treatment plan with UK-regulated finance so the monthly figure is comparable, and the aftercare is a tube ride away rather than a flight. Most patients who've had a Turkey quote tell us this is what they were looking for.

How does payment actually work?

You can pay in full, take 0% interest finance over 12 months, or spread costs over up to 60 months at a low APR. £0 deposit options are available. Finance is provided by FCA-authorised UK lenders and is subject to status.

What happens after my video consultation?

If you'd like to proceed, we book you in for an in-clinic appointment for scans and a full treatment plan. If you'd rather take time, we leave you with the information you need to decide. There's no pressure or follow-up sales calls.
